The baptism was great and there have been 6 baptisms in our ward so
far. The elders baptized a family. So far, February has been a great
month for the Chula Vista 4th ward. Obispo is looking all happy up
there at the stand with all our investigators. I have never had so
many investigators at church my entire mission, but we usually have
3-5.

Our exchanges last week were pretty good. I went with Sister Benavides
my old companion for a day. It was pretty fun! I was in San Ysidro and
if I would've missed our exit we would've gone to Tijuana, Mexico!
The other day we were talking to this super old man and his son. Well,
while I was trying to set up an appointment with the son, my companion
was talking to the 90 year old man and apparently he asked her to
marry him! Oh my goodness, that was so funny! but then yesterday we
were talking to our next door neighbor who is also a super old man.
Nobody thinks I speak Spanish here, but when he found out I spoke
Spanish he asked me to be his girlfriend. Oh man, old people! they
crack me up! If they weren't old, it would be creepy, but they are
just so old its hilarious! He sadly does not want to talk to the
missionaries.

Flors baptism was awesome! After the baptism she just kind of stood
there all wet and told us how good she felt in her heart. Before she
went in she thanked Heavenly Father for finally letting her be there.
It was so great and I was so happy that I could be a part of it. I
sang while my companion played the violin for the musical number and
there were some really good talks that about baptism and the Holy
Ghost.
This week we had the regional broadcast for stake conference! It was
so good and my favorite thing I learned was that all questions that
people have for us about our religion can be answered with the first
vision. I loved it because sometimes I fear that someone has a
question that I wont be able to answer or I dont want to go into deep
doctrine to answer. But I have a testimony that Joseph Smith saw God
the father and Jesus Christ and thats all I need to answer their
questions!
Well, It was a pretty great week!
