Week 17....... Go,go,go!

September 22, 2015

This week was pretty good. The transfer is almost over and I have no 
idea if I am staying or leaving. If I leave I will go STL (I'm too 
young so I'm probably staying). Our mission has cut down a lot and so 
there's a huge possibility I'll be training in December. We don't 
really get any new Spanish Hermanas until December and half of them 
are leaving in December. I'll either be STL or trainer here soon and 
that is freaking scary. I just want to be normal! I'm too young for 
all this stuff. 

Sometimes this area gets so slow and that can be very discouraging. I 
just want to go go go all day and it's just so........let's not go. 
But I know that if I try to go go go and just do my part, then 
everything will speed up. I'm obedient, I'm focused, I'm consecrated, 
now I just need to apply all that more and more. So much growing needs 
to be done and so little time! This week was a really good week 
though. I've been learning so much 
Lately. Especially about patience......Hermana Lapp needs to be 
patient. I should write that on my forehead. This area is teaching me 
a lot and I just need to learn to let it teach me. 

This week we had an awesome lesson with a little old lady. We got a 
couple from the branch to come with us (they just showed up out of 
nowhere! Right before our lesson, in the same apartment complex!) She 
lives with her daughter and the roommate was there. He tried to 
contend (we've been getting that a lot lately) and the member bore 
such a simple testimony on the Book of Mormon...the man stopped 
talking the rest of the lesson! He contended last time too and it 
really took the spirit out of the lesson we were trying to teach to 
our investigator. 

We also have been pretty busy the past few days, which is a real 
miracle, like i said, it's been pretty slow. I love it when we are 
busy. We've been teaching a lot more lessons now which is just 
amazing. It's been so slow this past transfer but it's really picking 
up and I'm really excited for Ramona. Hopefully it lasts! It's been a 
few days though which has been so nice! 

It's been a pretty good week..... This weekend is women's conference 
and I'm so excited. There's been a lot of changes in the branch which 
I think is going to great things.. I am so excited to see how this 
works out for he branch here in Ramona. It rained so hard last pday 
and it was the best day ever. I hope it rains again. 

Sorry there wasn't much to say this week....I got your package. Thank 
you so much mom! 

I love this work and I love being a missionary. I don't know how to 
express how much I love this work. It is just so amazing to see people 
change and grow into new people! It's amazing to really see the 
atonement work in people's lives!
